these are orange cookies, i got the recipe from the book i bought at dolous. Its yummy but it was over baked, hard as a stone! hehehehe...

made this one just this weekend, Feb 21. Its yummy! although i forgot to put in salt! lols.
My motto: try and try until i get to make the perfect cake and cookies! napul-an na sila eat ani hehehehe... so im giving them away to the office tommorrow! surely my officemates will love this because its for free! hehehehe... In fairness I have estimated the perfect time for the cupcakes, they're not lumpy at the middle. they're perfect! almost! i want to not forget adding a tablespoon of salt next time! heheheh... As for my orange cookies, they were a much disaster this time around... I placed 2 whole eggs instead of just egg yolks so they were so creamy... They didnt hold any shape at all... Liquified... sigh... Next time... it will be perfect! *crossing my fingers*
Thanks to my beh for keeping me company over the weekend at balamban, and for helping my mom cook lunch today, while i was busy ready the manual of my SLR. hehehehehe... did i mention he's the perfect match for me? and i have found the perfect gift for his birthday! i have already bought it, even though his bday is still on november... its an anniv and bday gift that we will both enjoy! cnt wait!
I called him tonight and he asked if i was going to bed already, i said no i just wanted to thank u... and im sad no one will tuck me in at bed tonight. last night we watched a movie at my room, ate ice cream and chips, i dozed off just after i finished eating the ice cream which was not even half way the movie... hahahah... when my sis came in to sleep (she and i slept on my room, while her bf and mine slept on hers bec the boys didnt want to sleep in the guest room downstairs) he laid me to a proper sleeping position in my bed and he went to sleept. In the morning, he woke me up for bfast and i told him 5 more minutes, he nodded and came back later. hehehehehe... his comment is that i am always sleeping... hehehehehe... i love u...
